I have just had my i3 car serviced at home by Conor. Absolutely fantastic, very thorough and keen to explain when I had questions, And explained what may need to be done to the Car in the future. I had the 12 V battery changed by him, as it was down to 13%. Never have I had such confidence in Garage services like this. The whole system works really well, all the reports came through on Email a day after which I have yet to fully digest, and I feel so confident that this car, with their help will go on for many many years.

You can tell these people know what they are talking about through their comprehensive suite of very informative and helpful online videos. Brilliant that you can access their expertise nationwide via mobile service. They came to my house near Malvern and performed a meticulous scheduled i3 service, and also identified a broken FNS coil spring and split FOS & FNS rubber gaiters - all items which should have been attended to by the selling dealer. The photos and documented repair via Wisely has given me all the required evidence to further recovery of the costs involved from the selling dealer. I will continue to use Wisely for i3 maintenance and my only hesitation in recommending them is the hope that they do not get too busy and extend lead times!
