Definitely recommend Wisely.Posted on Kenneth Cajigas20 November 2025 I had the pleasure of having Arthur from Wisely come round to take care of several jobs on my car — the biggest being an upgrade to Evolve shocks and replacing the rear brake pads and discs. He’s such a genuinely nice person to chat with, and you can immediately tell how knowledgeable he is. To my surprise, he even looked for ways to save me money compared to the original work I had booked. I’d scheduled a front brake pad replacement, but he spotted a more urgent issue: a torn and leaking motor mount. He advised that it would be better to put the money towards fixing that instead — which I’m really glad I did. I really appreciate that he was proactively checking for other potential issues and giving honest recommendations. He worked the whole day in heavy rain, and it was definitely not an easy job, I'm grateful for it. After driving with the new Evolve dampers for over a week, I’m genuinely pleased with the overall feel. The car felt noticeably softer right from the first drive, especially compared to my old dampers — three of which were still original at 127k miles. For me it’s not a night-and-day transformation, but the ride is definitely more settled, softer, and far less crashy over potholes. Overall, I’d highly recommend Wisely. It’s no surprise the UK i3 community rates them so highly, and we’re very lucky to have them offering mobile servicing across the UK. Arthur was superbly efficient, it’s an absolute pleasure dealing with this company, and a repair at home, it couldn’t be easier. They must be one of the leading experts on the BMW i3. Arthur arrived in plenty of time to suit my diary, was super friendly and not only carried out the work quickly and diligently (in the the pouring rain!) but also tightened up my slightly wobbly door handles and carried out a drivetrain battery test totally free of charge. Not only are they super knowledgeable about every aspect of the "ahead of its time" BMW i3, they produce a solid about of helpful content shared with the i3 community/world. From the first contact with Emma when booking in and remote diagnostics. We had a service, heater replacement and rectified fault on adaptive cruise control, which was due to a faulty seatbelt cable. All works were diagnosed in advance, remotely, and all work carried out as quoted with no additional charges. Definitely worth the wait for mobile service. No dropping cars off picking cars up and waiting around in a main dealer BMW garage. Arthur the technician was most helpful and highly knowledgeable. I will be booking both of my i3's in when they're due for their next service. Infinitely more knowledgeable and better than three BMW garages that I have used over the last 10 years. Their personal attention and enthusiasm for the i3 is admirable. What they don’t know is not worth knowing. Arthur visited us at our home late in the day but it did not detract him from doing a thorough service and attention to detail was exemplary. And brilliant customer servicePosted on Jane Emery17 October 2025 I took advantage of the mobile i3 service offered by Wisely Automotive and Arthur came to the house to carry this out. My car is a 2107 Rex i3 which I have had from new. Previously I had used the BMW dealership but didn't want to continue using them. I couldn't be happier with the experience of using Wisely. The service was carried out as well as some extra work I had booked - change the 12v battery and fix the driver's door window which didn't retract properly. Arthur also pointed out a few things that will need attention soon including new tyres, but no pressure was put on me to get the work done immediately. I really appreciated the honesty and clear explanations of everything that was being done. I will certainly be continuing to use Wisely for my servicing and any repairs that might be necessary and recommend them without hesitation. You may have to book quite a while in advance, they are so busy, but it is worth the wait if you are able to do that.
