Service Advisor (Remote)

Wisely Automotive are the UK’s leading BMW i3 specialist based in London. Our mobile servicing division provides servicing and repairs for BMW i3 and other BMW & MINI EV owners across the UK. We’ve built a strong reputation for doing things properly – high standards, honest advice, and a genuinely personal service. Our customers value dealing with a real person, not a call centre, and many return to us year after year. Due to continued growth, we’re now looking for someone to take ownership of our customer bookings and administrative operations.
THE ROLE
You’ll manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to booking, communication and invoicing. This is a key role within a fast-growing business, requiring strong organisation, clear communication, and the ability to handle a high volume of enquiries while maintaining a calm, personal and professional approach. You’ll act as a central point of contact for our customers, helping guide them, answer questions, and ensure everything runs smoothly. A big part of the role is building long-term relationships — creating a level of trust and consistency that keeps customers returning to us for future servicing. You’ll be working remotely with a high degree of autonomy, supporting multiple MobileService technicians across the UK.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and social media
- Speaking with customers to understand their needs and advise accordingly
- Scheduling and managing technician diaries
- Sending clear booking confirmations, reminders, and managing deposits
- Handling reschedules, changes, and follow-ups
- Preparing and issuing invoices accurately
- Supporting general day-to-day operations
- Proactively contacting customers when services are due
- Managing repeat and retention bookings
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Background as a BMW technician and/or Service Advisor preferred
- Strong automotive knowledge (BMW / EVs a plus)
- Highly IT literate and comfortable with modern systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote role
- Calm, personable, and professional with customers
- Takes pride in building trust and long-term relationships

MobileService Technician (Nationwide)
LOCATION: London-based (with nationwide travel)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time (3 & 4 day alternating workweeks)
ABOUT US
Wisely Automotive are a leading BMW i3 specialist based in London. Our recently launched mobile servicing division, Wisely MobileService, provides servicing and repairs for BMW i3 owners across the UK. Due to high demand, we’re looking to expand our team with several full-time MobileService Technicians.
THE ROLE
As a Wisely MobileService Technician, you’ll travel nationwide performing servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on BMW and MINI EVs. This autonomous role suits a skilled, hardworking individual who is prepared to work long days, but not many of them! A unique opportunity to escape the workshop environment, working outdoors and interacting directly with lovely customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Carry out routine servicing, inspections and repairs on BMW i3s and (soon) other BMW EV product at customer locations.
* Identify and report advisory work to customers, carrying out any additional work requested where your itinerary allows.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using BMW’s official diagnostic tool, ISTA
* Provide a professional and courteous service to customers, maintaining Wisely Automotive’s highest standards at all times.
* Provide customers with your ETA and keeping them informed of any changes in a timely manner.
* Adhere to high safety standards, especially regarding HV systems, to ensure the safety of you and customer’s vehicles.
* Keeping your MobileService van clean, tidy and well-organised to ensure a professional image and focused working environment.
* Maintaining your van’s stock of parts, tools and consumables to ensure no profit opportunity is missed.
* Travel an average of 175 miles per day with occasional overnight stays to maximise productivity.
* Visit our SE London base periodically for restocking, training and team meetings.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Experience: Existing BMW i3 servicing/repair expertise preferred; BMW main dealer experience is a plus.
* Certifications: BMW Level 3 EV & Hybrid training preferred, or equivalent with strong BMW experience & ISTA proficiency.
* Alternative Background: Experienced AA / RAC roadside technicians with BMW EV knowledge considered.
* Skills & Attributes:
* Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Hard-working, well-organised, and self-motivated.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Attention to detail and commitment to the highest standards of workmanship.
* Licence: Full, clean UK driving licence required.
* Location: Ideally near our base in SE London with secure off-street parking, though other arrangements may be possible.

Digital Content & eCommerce Assistant (London)
As Wisely Automotive continues to grow, we’ll soon be looking to bring on a Digital Content & eCommerce Assistant to support the next phase of the business.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is naturally tech-savvy and creative, with an interest in social media, video and online platforms. You’ll help keep our social channels active, assist with YouTube content, and support the launch and growth of our online parts shop alongside our Parts Lead.
You’ll also be involved in photographing vehicles, creating content, and helping to maintain and improve our website. It’s a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain experience across multiple areas within a fast-growing specialist automotive business.
